Whether you are here to relax and enjoy the splendid scenery, fish undisturbed on a quiet private lake or explore and hunt the vast wilderness for trophy game*, the Adirondack Rustic Lodge has it all. Our Adirondack Rustic Lodge offers boundless charm with rustic style. The cabin sits just 100 feet off the lake shore facing northeast for a breath taking view of the lake with Mount Algonquin your center focus in the gorgeous High Peaks region beyond. The cabin provides plenty of room to spread out and relax in total comfort in any season. Inside you'll find 3 large bedrooms, a full bath, an extra large open kitchen and a wonderfully large open dining/living area. The majority of the furnishings are beautifully rustic and made with loving care by your host personally. All of the appliances run on propane as the cabin has no electricity. The large thermo pane windows are excellent for viewing wildlife and nature, while providing warmth in the cooler seasons. You'll be warm and cozy on the crisp clear Adirondack nights with the heat from a toasty propane furnace. The soft lighting from ceiling mounted propane lamps casts a warm glow throughout the lodge. In the evenings one may choose to crack the windows and drift off to the hoot of an owl or the call of the loons. The comfort and character of the lodge is endless. | Directions: | In keeping with our promise and in protecting the privacy of our guests we have chosen NOT to disclose the exact location of our lodge. To prevent inquisitive tourists from interrupting your stay there are no signs to attract the attention of passing motorists. A locked gate at the entrance to your wilderness retreat insures the only access other than your own will be that of your host. Anyone wishing to visit prior to making a reservation can call for an appointment. We welcome the opportunity to give you a tour and show you all the lodge and it's property has to offer. |
| Cancellation Policy: | Deposit is refundable with minimum of 30 days notice if we are able to fill the vacancy. If we are unable to fill the vacancy the deposit is retained and can be transferred to an available time slot with in the following 12 months. |
