Tonya – Emirates may be your best bet out of Dubai, but there is no non-stop flight to Ohio that we can find. If you are not traveling with your pet, then you will need the assistance of an agent to clear customs in the US and check your pup on the flight to Ohio. if you are flying with him, then allow some time to clear customs in the US. You will need to change airlines for the flight to Ohio.
