Each suite as a wlled private courtyard and their are over 2 acresfor walking your pet. Your hosts will even provide pet sitting services with a little advance notice, they can even provide a corral for your horse.
Guests can easily visit Albuquerque, Santa Fe and numerous nearby Indian Pueblos. There is plenty of recreation available with 3 nearby golf courses, horse back riding, hiking, sailing and winter skiing.
The Inn's full breakfasts make a great start to the day and in the evening there are several casual restuarants which feature the cuisine of the area.

Hacienda Vargas Bed and Breakfast Inn and Wedding Chapel is located 25 minutes north of Albuquerque Airport and 35 minutes south of Santa Fe. Take I-25 to the Algodones Exit 248 (approximately 5 miles north of Bernalillo); head west towards El Camino Real (Hwy 313); then south on El Camino Real (historic Route 66). Hacienda Vargas is the first house on the right.
