In most cases we agree to replace an item you are not completely satisfied with if it is returned
within 30 days of purchase in the original packing materials in saleable condition.

How do I return an item?
After you have received the authorization number, please carefully package and ship your return merchandise, with a copy of your order

You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us.
We cannot accept COD's.
EXCEPTIONS:
PET CARRIERS THAT BEEN OCCUPIED BY A PET
For health and safety reasons pet carriers cannot be returned or exchanged if the pet
has been inside the bag.
If the pet has not occupied the carrier, then the carrier may be returned for credit or exchange.
MICROCHIPS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
For health and safety reasons, we regret that microchips are NOT returnable.
