I am bringing my small dog there soon, so really need to find out. and check most of the hotel website, they don't seem to mention this.

I´m not sure about hotels, but I was able to found some Pet Friendly Dubai Holiday Rentals.

Seems very nice, and they do accept pets. you should try it!
