Shih Tzu travelling from Malaysia to New Zealand (Auckland)

Does anyone know is there any direct flight from Malaysia to New Zealand? My pet travelling planned date is just one week away. Initially the Maskargo request me to have all proper treatment & blood test completed before they can release the approval for my Shih Tzu to take the cargo flight. However when I just almost completed all my necessary treatments,testing & documentation, I was informed that they are now fully rejected for Shih Tzu on board due to there was a case that one Shih Tzu died in transit last week.

Would like to know if anyone here having the experience to send a short faced dog with transit flight? I was worry my pet will leave no care when during transit period. Please...I need help

Both Korean Air and Malaysian Airlines have direct flights from KUL to AKL. Offer a release of liability if necessary. I would suggest that you transport your pet in a crate one size larger than they need.
