Australia is the sixth largest country in the world. It's about the same size as the 48 mainland states of the USA and 50 per cent larger than Europe, but has the lowest population density in the world.

It is a diverse country from rugged outback to over 7000 beautiful beaches to metropolitan cities. Of the five major regions New South Wales is the most popular with its majestic mountain ranges, its rainforests and the beautiful city of Sydney.

Tropical North Queensland is home to many starkly different worlds, ranging from the dreamily beautiful coastline and islands to the rugged and dramatic tropics and outback. It is the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef Australia's most famous natural wonder.
