| Directions: | From NY/NJ: Take Route 287 North toward Albany, NY. Take Exit 24 for I-87 North (Adirondack Northway). Follow I-87 to Exit 30. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Route 9. Follow Route 9 (which turns into Route 73 after 2 miles) for approximately 30 miles. When you reach Lake Placid and come to the stop light, turn left onto Main Street. Continue on Main Street to the Merrill L. Thomas office at 2469 Main Street. From Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo: Take I-90 (NYS Thruway) East to Exit 36 (Syracuse). Take I-81 North to Watertown. Follow Route 3 to Saranac Lake. Then follow Route 86 East to Lake Placid. Route 86 will become Main Street. Bear right onto Main Street at the bottom of hill in the village of Lake Placid. Continue to the Merrill L. Thomas office at 2469 Main Street, on the left side of the street. |
| Cancellation Policy: | For rentals less than 10 days in duration (2 to 9 days), tenants may cancel the Vacation Rental Agreement 60 days or more prior to the arrival date. The tenant's paid deposit(s) will be refunded less a $100 processing fee and the $50 booking fee. See website for further details. |
